MEET BILL COSENTINO, FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT
MEET BILL COSENTINO, FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT
Bill Cosentino is a leadership coach, college athletics professional, enrollment leader, and mentor to hundreds of student-athletes. With years of experience coaching at the youth, high school, and college levels, public school teaching, student development, and higher education, Bill founded Ascent Leadership Consulting to bridge the gap between performance and leadership.
He believes great leadership is not accidental—it’s intentional, learned, and practiced. His work focuses on equipping both coaches and team leaders with practical skills and confidence that elevate their impact.
